Monday Meditations for Teens and Adults: 7 AM & 7 PM

Join Sarah for a morning or evening virtual meditation. On Mondays in April, two time options will be offered: 7 AM and 7 PM. Each Monday, Sarah will focus on a different type of meditation and provide information about that type and then participants will spend 10-20 minutes practicing that type of meditation. Sarah is a 250 hr Registered Yoga & Meditation Teacher. Let her help you find some peace and calm during your spring, No experience needed. You will need a quiet and comfortable place to sit-either in a chair or on a cushion. Registration is required. Email Sarah at to register if you would like to join. Upon registration, Sarah will email you the Zoon information. April 5th-Vipassana Mediation, April 12th-Chakra Meditation, April 19th Metta Meditation (Loving Kindness), April 28th-Yoga Nidra. (Yoga Nidra will only be offered at 7 PM.)
