Nighttime Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra: Tuesdays at 6:00 pm (virtual)

Join Sarah as she leads a 45 minute gentle yoga practice for adults and teens focused on poses that will give the body gentle movement and aid in relaxation at the end of your day. We’ll end our practice with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra session. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced laying down in savasana.

Sarah is a Registered 250 hour Yoga & Meditation Teacher.

You have the option of leaving your camera off if you prefer a more private practice. Please see the Zoom information below.
